Kraken investigates Arweave deposit and withdrawal delays
Kraken reported a problem with its Arweave (AR) funding gateway at 11:12 UTC on 22 September. Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed. The exchange is investigating and says other funding methods are operating normally.

An On hold deposit still requires a support check
For an AR deposit that has not arrived, the individual deposit record gives a more specific processing stage than the overall service notice. Kraken defines Pending/Processing as awaiting blockchain confirmation. On hold means the deposit needs manual review, and its guidance directs users to contact support.
The incident notice does not identify the status of individual transactions. If a deposit is marked On hold, follow the support route: restoration of the funding gateway may still leave that deposit’s manual review outstanding.
